Flow facility

The NAWI Graz Central Lab Gracia is a center for fluorescence-based cell analysis specializing in methods of flow cytometry and fluorescence-based cell sorting (FACS). The Central Lab is equipped with a high-end cell analyzer (BD LSR Fortessa) and a state-of-the-art cell sorter (BD FACSAria IIu). Information on measurable colors (laser wavelengths and available detectors) can be found here. Our analyzer is also equipped with an automated sample loading system (HTS - High Throughput Sampler), which allows measurements in 96/384-well format and thus enables fluorescence-based screenings.
